Hey, I’m Travis — but most people just call me Trav. I’m a federal contracting professional, real-estate investor, and all-around problem solver who believes in doing things the right way, helping people when they need it most, and keeping life moving forward.

I spent years serving in the U.S. Air Force and later worked in federal procurement with the VA and NASA, which taught me discipline, integrity, and how to navigate complex systems without losing the human side of things. Today, I put that experience to work in the federal construction world, where I help build smart, compliant, competitive proposals for major design-build projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other DoD agencies. I love connecting the dots — bringing together people, processes, and ideas to make challenging projects actually make sense.

On the real-estate side, I run Summit Investment Strategies, LLC, where my mission is simple: help people who need to sell a property quickly and without stress. No repairs, no hoops, no pressure — just honest help when life takes a turn and you need a solution that works.

Whether I’m guiding a small business through federal regulations, developing a construction proposal, or helping a family sell an inherited home, I lead with the same mindset:
